Vineyard cellar master: Vineyard cellar masters are responsible for vineyard cellars from the entry of grapes to on-site bottling and distribution. They ensure quality at all stages, in compliance with regulations and laws.
Cider master: Cider masters envision the manufacturing process of cider. They ensure brewing quality and follow one of several brewing processes. They modify existing brewing formulas and processing techniques in order to develop new cider products and cider-based beverages.
Fermenter operator: Fermenter operators control and maintain the equipment and tanks for the production of active and functional ingredients for pharmaceuticals such as antibiotics or vitamins. They also work in the production of cosmetics or personal care products.
Cider fermentation operator: Cider fermentation operators control the fermentation process of mash or wort inoculated with yeast.
